This week athletes will complete the dead lift series. Today they will participate in a crossfit style turkey trot.
WOD: Turkey Trot Surprise
Today athletes will focus on their cardiovascular as they partner up and focus on Sumo deadlift high pulls.
Air Dyne 10 cal
Athlete 1 works on completing 10 calories while athlete 2 does AMRAP SDHP. Score =SDHP. There will be a cap on AD.
This week we will be focusing on the sumo deadlift high pull. Athletes will learn the movement with a kettle bell and a bar.

Partner one does first movement while partner 2 does lunges. Switch after each movement.
