New Teen Classes

We have added a new class to our CrossFit Kids Program. This class is designed only for teens 
ages 13-16. Over the last year our program has grown and we are able to split the age groups into three categories. The class will focus on the CrossFit Fundamentals as well as increase the teens overall fitness for whatever external sports they participate in. This class will also be a goal setter for our younger CrossFit athletes.
